THE YOGA

Recognition – Reconciliation
Detachment – Renunciation

In the image, a female figure sits in the lotus position. She wears a necklace representing the seven chakras and a crown upon her head. Yoga is the sacred art of union: between body and mind, between breath and spirit, between the human being and the universe. Born as both a spiritual and physical discipline, Yoga invites us to find a real balance, not imagined or proclaimed, but lived through the body. It is an ancient practice that reminds each person that spirit, without body, becomes disembodied; and the body, without spirit, becomes empty. Like every path toward the center, however, it also has a shadow zone: excessive detachment, apathy disguised as peace, the illusion that closing one’s eyes is enough to be enlightened, and that the spiritual path necessarily requires renouncing matter. Union is not an empty word. Whoever unites does not separate.

So my dear one, if your subconscious has chosen this card, perhaps it wants to tell you that:

If the card speaks about you – Light

Yoga may indicate your ability to find a stable inner center, where body and spirit dialogue and support each other. This energy allows you to act with balance and awareness, harmonizing what you feel with what you do. Recognizing your inner core offers you the guidance needed to face daily challenges with serenity.

Questions for you
– In which part of your body is an important message for your path hiding?
– How can you create more concrete harmony between what you feel and what you do?
– How can you reconcile yourself with others and with the world?

If the card speaks about you – Shadow

When the shadow of Yoga emerges, it may point to excessive detachment, an apparent calm that conceals indifference or isolation. It is important to observe where inner balance turns into escape or renunciation, and to distinguish between healthy detachment and separation from the concrete experience of life.

Questions for you
– Are you retreating into a sterile balance, without risks or true emotions?
– Have you confused spiritual detachment with emotional apathy?
– What imaginary renunciations are preventing you from fully living the present?

If the card speaks about the world – Light

Yoga can inspire a collective transformation, showing that harmony between spirit and matter is also possible in public and social life. Practices of body–spirit union teach that wisdom is not only contemplation, but action that generates balance around us.

Questions for you
– What physical, material activities bring you deep spiritual well-being? Working with wood? Swimming in the sea? That well-being is Yoga: Union. Cultivate it.
– What physical actions can heal fractures of the soul?
– Where can you observe examples of balance between body and spirit that inspire collective transformation?

If the card speaks about the world – Shadow

The collective shadow of Yoga appears when spirituality becomes escape or collective sedation. In these cases, the inner quest risks separating people from relationships and from the real world, turning the practice into a trend or a sterile ideology.

Questions for you
– What spiritual trends are anesthetizing rather than awakening?
– Where has “well-being” turned into a harmful fashion, generating food obsessions or behavioral paranoia?
– What collective spiritual temptations are creating separation instead of union?
