THE ORACLE
Revelation – Signs
Ambiguity – Unspoken
The Oracle whispers; it does not shout. It is a voice coming from elsewhere: dreams, signs, the smallest gestures of the world. In the image, the face is a feminine Mouth of Truth: a stone mask reminiscent of the Roman “mascherone” - big mask - which, according to the legend, would bite the hands of liars. Here, however, the stone does not bite: it speaks.
From its mouth, birds rise as if they were living symbols of the Language of the Birds, an initiatory language that plays with sounds, double meanings, anagrams, and assonances. In this way, the card evokes your ability to perceive meaning beyond words, to hear what reality tells you in oblique, poetic, and sometimes even contradictory ways. At the same time, it warns: what is left unsaid can deceive. The symbol can be revelation or illusion.
So, my dear one, if your subconscious has chosen this card, perhaps it wants to tell you that:
If the card speaks about you – Light
You have a finely tuned intuition; perhaps you have opened yourself to the possibility of receiving signs and answers from reality itself. Your gaze catches subtle connections, and what seems casual to others becomes revelation for you.
Questions for you
– What signs have you received recently that might speak to you more than you realize?
– Have you paid attention to what has happened, the symbols you’ve encountered, or the words you’ve heard?
– What seemingly insignificant detail keeps returning to your mind?
If the card speaks about you – Shadow
You might be in a phase where you confuse imagination with real visions. Or perhaps you are avoiding saying something that needs to be expressed. There is a gray area where intuition and illusion mix.
Questions for you
– To what extent do you really trust your perception?
– What are you leaving unsaid, and why?
– Which image or thought might have misled you?
If the card speaks about the world – Light
The context around you is full of symbolic messages, synchronicities, events that seem like small everyday miracles. It is a good time to read reality as a living book, to catch what is unspoken but present.
Questions for you
– Who is revealing something, even if ambiguously?
– What message hides behind what has just happened?
– Which coincidence has impacted you more than expected?
If the card speaks about the world – Shadow
Around you there is confusion, ambiguity, and perhaps subtle manipulation. Things are not stated clearly, and what seems true may be merely a narrative construction. Someone or something may speak in enigmas that are not meant to be solved.
Questions for you
– What is not said openly in the context you are experiencing?
– Is there someone who seems not to have told everything?
– Which silence weighs more than words?
